At Shay & Blue we appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. All of our delivery destinations and estimated delivery times are listed below.

All EU orders are delivered with our compliments via DPD or our Premium Service via DHL, fully tracked and with text updates. All European orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany.

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • Any orders placed after our daily cut off time will be shipped the following working day.
  • No free shipping on body products or special offers or 2ml Samples

Returns

At Shay & Blue we want you to be happy with every purchase you make. We understand that sometimes you may need to return items. In order to help with this, here is our Returns Policy.

  1. Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase
  2. Our products are made with care to the highest standards. In the event that goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, please return them for a full refund or replacement.
  3. Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the product for credit or replacement

Please be aware at the moment we are unable to generate return labels and customers are required to choose their own postal services for returns.

Cancellations

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. We use a third party warehouse and as soon as they receive your order it is picked for delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order please either refuse the delivery or return your order via our returns portal.
